We work with hardwoods, plywood, reclaimed slate, leather, acrylic and anodised or powder-coated metal, plus bare stainless steel and colour marking on stainless steel and titanium (fibre laser orders taken now, made from late October).

What file formats do you need?
Vector files work best (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). No vector file? Send a clear sketch or reference image and we'll draw it up for you.
What materials can you cut and engrave?
Hardwoods, plywood, reclaimed slate, leather, acrylic and anodised or powder-coated metal on our CO₂ laser, plus bare stainless steel and other metals on our new fibre laser (orders taken now, made from late October). If you're not sure your material or item is suitable, send us a photo and we'll advise.
Can you do trade or batch orders?
Yes, we regularly run batch jobs for other businesses — packaging inserts, branded blanks, repeat signage runs and more. Get in touch with quantities and we'll quote.
Do you offer a digital artwork proof before cutting?
Always, for every job. We won't run the laser until you've approved the layout and sizing.
How long does a custom job take?
Smaller pieces are usually ready within 3–5 working days of proof approval. Larger or multi-material jobs, and trade batch runs, take 5–7 working days. Fibre laser metal jobs are made from late October, and we'll confirm timings with your proof. Let us know your deadline and we'll flag if it's tight.
