Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

All Moon Groves products are handmade to order at our studio in Ivybridge, Devon. Please allow 3–7 working days for your item to be crafted before dispatch.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery once dispatched: 2–3 working days.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally — please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at hello@moongroves.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note: personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can put it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@moongroves.com to request a return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
