Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: We deliver UK-wide via Royal Mail and courier. Free shipping is included on eligible products, as shown on each listing. Free local collection is also available from our workshop at The Clay Factory, Redlake Trading Estate, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 0EZ.

Lead times: Standard lead times are 3–5 working days for small items and 5–7 working days for larger or multi-material pieces. For personalised items, your lead time begins once you've approved your design or wording — we send a free digital proof via WhatsApp for items that need one.

Dispatch and tracking: You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order is on its way, with tracking where the courier service provides it.

Delays: We'll let you know as early as possible if a delay is likely, for example around busy seasonal periods, high demand, or courier disruption.
