Moon Groves was born from a simple belief: that the things we keep in our homes should be made with care, & that a name or a date engraved into wood or slate means more than a printed label ever could.
We're based at The Clay Factory in Ivybridge, a small town on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. It's a place with a strong creative community & a long tradition of making, & we're proud to be part of it.
What We Make
We use professional laser cutting & engraving equipment to create personalised gifts, signs, memorial pieces & home decor. Our 150W CO₂ laser lets us work at a level of detail & precision that would be impossible by hand: fine text, intricate artwork & photographic portraits, all burned permanently into the material.
We work with timber, slate, glass, leather & metal. Most of our pieces are made from sustainably sourced hardwood & everything is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, because every piece is different. From reclaimed slate house signs to handcrafted memorial pieces, & from engraved serving boards to bespoke business signage — if it can be engraved, we can make it.
